Revival and the Kingdom of God!

Revival Report From New Beginnings Fellowship in Hernando, Florida October 31, 2009 Dear Friend, Revival and the Kingdom of God! Last evening concluded our 16th week of extended meetings in what we are calling, "Spreading the Fire!"  What a week we had!  God moved in such powerful ways!  One of the important elements of the ministry here is that we are more and more releasing other people to flow into their ministry gifts.  Our ultimate purpose is to advance the Kingdom of God into every area of our region.  Therefore our goal is to not build another traditional church, rather to expand the Kingdom in our region.  That means that God wishes to release and use all of His Kids into the fullness of their Kingdom functions.   This is beginning to take root into the hearts of our people.  I love to sit back and watch these folks move out into their gifts!  I love it!!! God is pouring Kingdom Revival out on us!  Last night's meeting was just one example.  The worship was intense, the people were full of joy, dancing and celebrating the greatness of their King!  It was awesome!  Then came a message in tongues and the Sister who brought that word,  right away shared the interpretation...."The Lord says, that if you wish to see this revival move even deeper, then it's time to repent of your secret sins."  The only thing that I could think of at that moment was recalling the powerful altar calls at Brownsville Assembly of God in Pensecola, FL a few years ago, with people running to the altar to repent.  That is what happened next, dozens of people came, not being begged or coerced, but almost ran to the front of the building, falling on their knees crying out to God!  People were being set free!  The issue of abortion was brought up by the Lord, and the repentance even went deeper.  One of our Guys, Bill Tosh, brought a fresh load of manna with a word that he preached, sharing how God brought him through amazing times of deliverance.  As he ministered, praying for people, God began to set them free.  Demons were manifested and dealt with by a very strong anointing from God! What a meeting!  What a week!  Even the web streaming of our meetings is creating quite a stir, with people viewing from all over the country including Canada! Thankfully, I'm thrilled to announce that Week #17 begins tomorrow morning, Sunday Nov. 1,  at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.  Then Wednesday through Friday nights, the meetings begin at 7:00 p.m. For more information you can check out: www.nbfhernando.com (You can also view live webstreams and archived webstreams by going to the web site and clicking on the Podcasts button)  This church is in revival, however it's just beginning.  The prophetic words that we are getting from many of you, from around the nation is, "Don't stop!  Keep pressing in as the full breakthrough is at hand!"  One last thing... there is a lot of teaching these days on the Kingdom of God.  I love it!  I am fully persuaded that this is what is going on.  However, I am also fully persuaded that in order to get the Church fully functioning within the Kingdom, it's going to take a strong move of the Holy Spirit!  After all, God says that it's "not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit says the Lord!" True revival is not just having great meetings in a "church building" someplace.  Rather it is complete raising from the dead of the Body of Christ!  Then we will be and do what God created us to be and do!  Transformation is coming forth.  I want to be right in the dead center of it all!  I like this picture lots!  It's of two of my Sisters, resting in the Lord as He does a work within them!  Can you see by the expression on their faces that God is at work? Yep... I like this lots!  I'm thrilled to be a part of what God is doing here!  I'm honored that 11 months ago He called us to be a part of this great move of God!  Yep... I like this lots!!!!
